1. Audit process – SES will perform an onsite waste review at zero cost.
   a. This includes contract provision and invoice matching.
    
2. Waste stream analysis will be performed at zero cost. 
    
3. SES will provide the customer with a detailed report.
   a. Outline current program and establish measureable data to determine options for cost savings improvements.
   b. This report will include cost savings recommendations.
    
4. Our customers do nothing! After our customers approve of the recommendations, SES will work the current vendor to make these cost savings solutions for you. 
    
5. After implementation and confirmation that the changes were successful our customers only pay SES a percent of the actual hard savings. NO SAVING always means NO COST to our customers.
